What Is Teen Therapy?

Teen therapy is individual psychotherapy designed specifically for adolescents. Teenage is the most crucial stage of life, where teens grow out of childhood to form identities by trying out new roles. Our therapists provide a safe, non-judgemental space where teenagers can express themselves freely and work through the unique challenges they face.
