What Are Support Groups?

Support groups are structured, peer-led or professionally facilitated gatherings where individuals facing similar challenges come together to share their experiences, offer encouragement, and learn from one another. Our 8-week programme is designed to build meaningful connections and promote long-term wellbeing.
