This is a self-help programme and provides an opportunity for people to share personal feelings, experiences and coping mechanisms with reference to mental health and wellbeing. It maintains inter-personal contact for a period of eight weeks.
The participants come together on a regular basis to support each other, under the supervision of a professionally trained moderator. This group provides a safe space to the participants to comfort , provide help and guide each other. It is a great opportunity to make connections and provide empathic understanding and build up social networks.
It is offered both online and in-person.
