This is a self-help programme that maintains interpersonal contact for eight weeks and provides an opportunity for people to share personal feelings, experiences, and coping mechanisms concerning mental health and well-being.

The participants come together regularly to support each other under the supervision of a professionally trained moderator. This group provides a safe space for the participants to comfort, help, and guide each other. It is a great opportunity to make connections, gain empathic understanding, and build social networks.

It is offered both online and in person.
